Refunds and cancellation policy

We appreciate your participation in this important gathering. To ensure fairness while supporting the costs of organizing the event, the following refund policy applies to all registrations:


On or Before August 2, 2025 (60+ Days Before Event):

  • Full Refund upon written request.

August 3–August 31, 2025 (31–59 Days Before Event):

  • 50% Refund available upon written request.

On or After September 1, 2025 (Within 30 Days of Event):

  • No Refunds, but registrations may be transferred to another individual by notifying us in writing by September 20, 2025.
